Arabic Language Expert (Female)

Job Description:
We are looking for a Female Arabic Language Specialist to join our Sales & Customer Support Department. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Arabic and English, with good communication and interpersonal skills to handle customer interactions effectively.
The candidate will be responsible for supporting the sales team, attending customer inquiries, and coordinating with GCC customers through calls, emails, and other communication channels. Freshers or candidates with 0–2 years of experience who are confident in dealing with Middle East / GCC customers are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in Arabic and English
- Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups in a professional manner
- Support the Sales & Marketing team in communicating with GCC / Middle East customers
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers from GCC countries
- Assist customers by providing product/service information clearly and accurately
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth resolution of customer requirements
- Follow up on leads, quotations, customer feedback, and pending inquiries
- Maintain proper records of customer communications and updates
- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and service quality
- Support daily sales coordination and customer service activities
- Understand customer needs and escalate issues to the concerned team when required
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Female candidate preferred
- 0–2 years of experience in customer support / sales support / telecalling / client handling
- Freshers with strong Arabic communication skills can also apply
- Fluency in Arabic (mandatory)
- Good communication skills in English (mandatory)
- Ability to interact confidently with GCC / Middle East customers
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good interpersonal and customer handling skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude, patience, and problem-solving ability
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Candidates with prior exposure to GCC customer interaction will be an added advantage
- Knowledge of sales coordination or customer support process
- Ability to handle customer calls professionally and politely
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills
